The Forest Hill Nursery School (FHNS) Phone Relay Tree is used to alert the FHNS membership of unusual situations that arise during the school year such as emergencies or early closings.  The FHNS President is the only person who can start the phone relay tree and does so by calling the first person on each class list.  That person then calls the next person on the list; if no one is home please leave a message and then call the next person on the list and continue to call people on the list until you talk to a person and not a machine.  The last person on each class list then calls the FHNS President so that the President knows that the phone relay tree has been completed for that class.
